Berton Dale Sherman

Attorney Berton “Dale” Sherman has been practicing law for over 55 years. Prior to joining the legal profession, Dale was in the U.S. Navy and served in World War II. While in law school, Dale was the editor of the University of Wisconsin Law Review. Over five decades of practice has made Mr. Sherman a formidable ally in the courtroom in his chosen practice areas which include business law, real estate law, probate, wills, corporate law, bankruptcy and banking law.

Jonathan D. Sherman

Attorney Jon Sherman has been in practice for 25 years. In his spare time, he teaches for Junior Achievement in the local schools and volunteers for many charities, including United Cerebral Palsy. His practice areas include personal injury, insurance litigation, DWI/OWI defense, workers’ compensation and civil litigation.

After obtaining a law degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Auburn Hills, Michigan, Charles David Betthauser joined the Sherman Law Offices with a focused on criminal defense, juvenile defense, landlord/tenant disputes, estate planning, probate, family law and municipal law.
